OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship to U.S territories outside of the contiguous United States (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

 

RETURNS

Products purchased on Only ONI website can be returned to Only ONI for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. 

Custom orders are FINAL Sale and not eligible for return.
